Brewed with our Madagascar Vanilla Coffee, this latte blends creamy milk, vanilla, and a hint of cardamom spice for a flavor that feels cozy yet uplifting. It’s a gentle transition from winter mornings to sunnier days ahead, made for quiet moments and fresh beginnings.

Welcome the season of renewal with a cup that feels just right for now. Because Spring doesn’t arrive all at once, it begins with small moments, warm mugs, and coffee worth savoring.

Ingredients

1 cup strongly brewed Madagascar Vanilla Coffee
1/2 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond)
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla syrup
⅛ tsp ground cardamom (a little goes a long way)
1–2 tsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
Optional: 1–2 drops red food coloring (for classic red velvet color)
Optional toppings: milk foam, cinnamon or nutmeg dust

Instructions

Brew Madagascar Vanilla Coffee slightly stronger than usual to balance the creamy milk and spices.

Heat milk on the stovetop or microwave until hot but not boiling. Froth if desired.

Flavor the base in a mug, stir together vanilla, cardamom, and sweetener.

Pour freshly brewed coffee into the mug and stir until smooth. Add steamed milk and gently mix.

Top with foam and a light sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
