We’re celebrating this pre-summer season with this Raspberry Latte recipe - a vibrant blend of rich coffee and berry sweetness that tastes like sunshine in a cup. Lightly tart, gently sweet, and perfectly creamy, it’s the kind of drink that turns your everyday coffee into sunshine spirit in a cup.
This latte adds a pop of color and flavor to your routine. It’s bright without being overpowering and indulgent without feeling heavy — the perfect balance for June’s fresh, optimistic energy.
Ingredients
½ cup strongly brewed Panera Light Roast Coffee
½ cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond)
1–2 tsp raspberry syrup (store-bought or homemade*)
1 teaspoon honey or sugar
Optional: Fresh raspberries for garnish or snacking!
Instructions
Brew a strong 4oz cup of Panera Light Roast Coffee into a larger serving cup.
Stir in raspberry syrup and sugar or honey of choice.
Froth 4oz of your choice of milk (heat before frothing for a hot latte).
Pour milk over brewed coffee mixture and gently stir.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy warm or serve over ice for a refreshing iced version.
*Homemade Raspberry Syrup: Simmer ½ cup raspberries, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and cool before using.
