Ingredients

1 cup strongly brewed Panera Colombian Roast coffee 
½ cup milk of choice (dairy, oat, almond, or soy)
1–2 tbsp chocolate syrup or cocoa mix
ÂĽ tsp peppermint extract (a little goes a long way)
Optional toppings: whipped cream, cocoa powder, crushed peppermint

Instructions

Brew 

Brew Panera Colombian Coffee slightly stronger than usual for a bold base.

Heat 

Heat choice of milk on the stovetop or microwave until hot (not boiling). Froth if desired.

Mix 

Mix the coffee and milk in a mug and stir in chocolate syrup or cocoa mix until fully combined.

Add 

Add the peppermint extract and stir gently (smell the refreshing aroma).

Finish & Top

Top with foam or whipped cream, and finish with cocoa or chocolate shavings. Add candy canes and sprinkles for seasonal spirit!
