Ingredients
- ¼ cup strong brewed Panera Colombian Roast coffee
- 1 tbsp molasses or maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp cinnamonÂ
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup or brown sugar for sweetness
- Optional: Whipped cream, pinch of cinnamon and gingerbread man for garnish
Steps
Heat & Mix Gingerbread Base:
In a saucepan or microwave-safe cup, combine molasses (or maple syrup) with ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Warm slightly and stir until smooth.
Prepare Milk:
Stir in milk and heat until steamy (or use cold milk for iced). Froth if desired.
Add Coffee:Â
Slowly pour in ¼ cup of freshly brewed Panera Colombian Coffee over the gingerbread mixture and mix.
Garnish & Enjoy:
Optional: Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Add a gingerbread man to complete the holiday spirit!
