Spring has arrived and with it comes lighter mornings, fresh air, and moments that feel a little more peaceful. This season, Panera Coffee invites you to slow down and savor a Lavender Latte recipe featuring our Panera Light Roast Coffee.

Delicate floral notes pair beautifully with our crowd-favorite Panera Light blend. Add in some milk for a latte that’s calming, refreshing, and subtly sweet. It’s a cup that feels like sunshine through an open window, and perfect for welcoming longer days and new beginnings.

As the season changes, let your coffee ritual bloom too. Because spring isn’t just something you see, it’s something you sip.

Ingredients

1 cup strongly brewed Panera Light Roast Coffee
1/2 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, or almond)
1–2 tsp lavender syrup (culinary-grade) 

½ tsp dried culinary lavender steeped in milk and strained
1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
Optional toppings: milk foam or dried lavender buds

Instructions

Brew Panera Light Roast Coffee slightly stronger than usual.

Stir lavender syrup and sweetener into your choice of milk (or alternatively, steep lavender in milk, strain, then sweeten).

Pour brewed coffee into a mug, then add lavender-infused milk and gently stir.

Optional toppings: ice, milk foam or dried lavender buds.
