Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed iced coffee or cold brew brew (chilled)
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- Ice
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Rosemary (for garnish - optional)
Steps
Chill the Glass:
Fill a tall glass with ice and a lemon slice or two.
Mix Lemon Base:
In a small cup, stir together lemon juice and simple syrup or honey until well blended.
Pour the Coffee:
To make cold brew coffee, combine coarsely ground coffee with cold water using 1 cup grounds to 4 cups water. Let the mixture steep in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours. Strain through a fine mesh or coffee filter, then serve over ice, diluted if desired.
Add the lemon mixture to the glass, then slowly pour 1 cup of cold brewed or iced coffee over the ice. (We recommend using Panera Decaf, Light Roast, Dark Roast or Colombian)
Stir & Serve:
Give it a gentle stir, garnish with an extra lemon wheel and rosemary, and enjoy the zingy, bold refreshment.
