Third try was the charm to match the taste of Panera Dark Roast in the Cafe!

I submitted a "meh" review earlier, this one is to amend that. I was floundering with a new French Press, did not first heat it up with a hot water prep, and used first too little product, then second time too much. On the third try I found the sweet spot, and enjoyed 2.5 cups at home today that rivaled the taste of the Dark Roast I enjoyed in a Panera cafe, which is what put me on the hunt for the same blend so I could enjoy at home.

Wow!!!

I am NOT a regualar flavored coffee drinker, but my wife brought a bag of this coffee home last week. The flavor was sweet and subtle. I added a little cream and it was even better!!!

My new favorite coffee

I like a medium bold coffee. My favorites are Columbian and Jamaican roasts. This is a great columbian. I would say it is a little stronger tasting than something like Dunkin but less strong than Starbucks. For me, that is perfect. Just a great tasting medium blend!

I thought this would be strong and bitter. Wow, I was so wrong. This is absolutely my favorite coffee ever. So smooth and flavorful. I was on auto delivery but somehow it was discontinued. Too bad. It was convenient. I will continue to order this fabulous coffee!!! It is a perfect blend!
